Aashish Budjade | Charai
Aashish Budjade (27) is a lawyer by profession but also loves trekking. He has covered almost the entire hill belt of Maharashtra by climbing those huge green mountains. This resident of Charai wakes up at 7 am and is off to work by 9 after breakfast. He works continuously till about 7 or 8 pm. He goes for movies about twice a month with friends and also loves dining with them at a restaurant after watching the movie. At least twice a month, he takes his car and heads off to hills like Matheran, yeoor, Siddhagad, Gorakshagad, Maholi and Peth. For him hiking and trekking are the best way to beat the stress he has gathered while working. Budjade believes, “Stress is a killer and it is very important to take a holiday in order to distress your mind. Going for a simple walk or a movie, there should be something in everybody's life that they enjoy doing thoroughly. Indulging in such activities helps one divert attention. This is the best way of giving your batteries a chance to recharge.” He adds, “When I am hiking the peace of mind I get from being close to Mother Nature is unbelievable. Being one with nature helps me take a break from all the occupational hazards. Also, working smartly and learning to relax in between my job helps.”
